For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl.
- In a small skillet over medium heat, toast pecans with brown sugar until fragrant and lightly caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the whipped feta, then top with the pecan crunch and fresh thyme leaves.
- Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or vegetable sticks.
