Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and a crunchy pecan topping, perfect for holiday gatherings or as an elegant appetizer.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly in a serving dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce with thyme leaves and spoon over the feta layer.
  4. Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then stir in brown sugar until melted and coating the nuts. Sprinkle over the cranberry layer.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, crostini, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
