Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and a spicy hot honey drizzle, perfect for holiday gatherings or as an elegant appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Crackers or toasted bread for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly into a serving bowl.
  3. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top of the whipped feta.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey and red pepper flakes. Drizzle over the cranberry layer.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
