For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Crackers or toasted bread for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly into a serving bowl.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top of the whipped feta.
- In a small saucepan, warm the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes, then drizzle over the cranberry layer.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
