A warm, savory-sweet dip featuring tangy goat cheese, tart cranberries, and aromatic rosemary, perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy nights in.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, rosemary, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Fold in dried cranberries and walnuts. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
