For the Crust:
- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, rosemary, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Fold in dried cranberries and walnuts. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
