Description

A comforting pasta dish featuring tender beef and shell pasta in a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz medium shell pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, and cheese. Bring to a simmer and cook until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
