Description

A comforting and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and fettuccine in a rich Parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente, adding broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
