A rich and spicy pasta dish featuring tender Cajun-spiced chicken tossed in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with linguine.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked linguine, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
