For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Lay out each tortilla and spread an even layer of the chicken mixture over the entire surface, leaving a small border at the edges.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Remove from refrigerator, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1-inch thick spirals using a sharp knife. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
