Description

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch filling rolled in soft tortillas, perfect for parties or quick bites.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and spread an even layer of the chicken mixture over the entire surface, leaving a small border at the edges.
  3. Tightly roll up each tortilla, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1-inch thick spirals using a sharp knife. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
