Description

A comforting one-pan pasta dish with tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a rich, cheesy Parmesan cream sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, adding broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
