A comforting and easy pasta dish featuring tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and rotini pasta tossed in a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, adding broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Return cooked chicken, pasta, and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
  5. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
