For the Crust:
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli florets during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly. Serve warm.
