For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté until mushrooms are tender and golden, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked spaghetti. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
