A comforting and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and colorful bell peppers in a rich, creamy sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli and bell pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
