A sweet and tangy compound butter perfect for spreading on toast, muffins, or pancakes.

For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, honey, and salt.
  2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the butter is smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, shape into a log, and wrap tightly. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
