For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, and thyme. Pour over chicken in an oven-safe dish.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan; sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until topping is golden and chicken is cooked through.
