Succulent shrimp cooked in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce served over fluffy rice.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for another minute. Stir in parsley.
- Serve the creamy garlic butter shrimp over cooked rice.
