A comforting one-pan pasta dish featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and a rich garlic cream sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli in the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, pour in heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
