Tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce, served over perfectly cooked twisted pasta with a cheesy finish.

For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz twisted pasta (such as fusilli or rotini)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve the creamy garlic parmesan chicken over the twisted pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
