Description

Tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce, served over perfectly cooked twisted pasta with a cheesy finish.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz twisted pasta (such as fusilli or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve the creamy garlic parmesan chicken over the twisted pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
