For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
