For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in grated parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
