For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
