For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Fold in crushed pineapple, orange juice, and orange zest until well combined.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
