For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  3. Fold in crushed pineapple, orange juice, and orange zest until well combined.
  4. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
