For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve the creamy shrimp over cooked rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
