For the Crust:
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Return shrimp to the skillet and stir in Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper. Toss in linguine and cook until sauce is slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
