A comforting and quick pasta dish featuring cheese ravioli in a rich, creamy tomato basil sauce.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the ravioli according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the sauce. Stir in fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
