For the Crust:

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and black olives.
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad just before serving.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
