- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix parmesan, panko, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cod fillet into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place fillets in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
