A vibrant burger featuring crispy bacon, fresh tomato slices, tangy pickles, and savory ground beef, layered in a playful, eye-catching design.
Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 1 large tomato, sliced into 4 rounds
- 8 dill pickle slices
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, adding cheese in the last minute to melt.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to create a tangy sauce.
- Assemble burgers: spread sauce on bottom buns, add a beef patty with cheese, then bacon, tomato slice, and pickle slices. Top with the other bun half.
- Serve immediately, optionally with extra pickles on the side for garnish.
