A delightful appetizer featuring crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberries, and crunchy toasted almonds.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted almonds.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
