Description

A delightful appetizer or light meal featuring crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy-sweet hot honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Scatter dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on top.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  4. While baking, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until combined.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the baked flatbread, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
