A delightful appetizer or light meal featuring crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy-sweet hot honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Scatter dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- While baking, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until combined.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the baked flatbread, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve immediately.
