For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or pre-made pizza crust
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the sliced brie evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- While baking, warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and let infuse for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve immediately.
