Description

A deliciously sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or pre-made pizza crust
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the sliced brie evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  4. While baking, warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and let infuse for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve immediately.
