A sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy honey drizzle.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until flatbread is crispy and brie is melted.
  4. While baking, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until combined.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the baked flatbread and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
