A sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy pecans, and a vibrant raspberry honey glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted pecans.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
  4. While baking, warm raspberry jam and honey in a small saucepan until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the raspberry honey glaze over the baked flatbread and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
