For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted pecans.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
- While baking, warm raspberry jam and honey in a small saucepan until smooth.
- Drizzle the raspberry honey glaze over the baked flatbread and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
