For the Crust:
- 1 large pre-made flatbread or naan
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with pear slices and sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted pecans. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
- Slice and serve warm.
