A sweet and savory flatbread featuring crispy brie, juicy pears, tart cranberries, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of sticky glaze for an irresistible appetizer or light meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Top with pear slices and sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted pecans. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
