For the Crust:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and browned.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using. Serve immediately.
