Description

A delicious and easy side dish featuring Brussels sprouts roasted until crispy and caramelized, seasoned with garlic and Parmesan.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and browned.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
