Golden, flaky phyllo pastry wrapped around creamy feta cheese, baked until crispy, and drizzled with a sweet and spicy honey sauce.

For the Crust:
- 8 sheets phyllo pastry, thawed
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface, brush lightly with melted butter, and place another sheet on top. Repeat with two more sheets to create a stack of four.
- Sprinkle half of the feta cheese and parsley along one long edge of the phyllo stack, season with salt and pepper, then roll tightly into a log. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and filling.
- Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush tops with remaining butter, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat, stir in red pepper flakes and garlic powder, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle spicy honey over baked rolls just before serving.
