For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted almonds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Slice into pieces and serve warm.
