A festive and elegant appetizer featuring crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberries, and crunchy toasted almonds.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted almonds.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
  4. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slice into pieces and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
