Description

A delightful appetizer featuring crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy toasted almonds.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle dried cranberries and toasted almonds on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
