A festive and elegant flatbread featuring creamy brie, tangy feta, sweet-tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a drizzle of cranberry-honey for a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan bread
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cranberry sauce or jam
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the cheeses are melted.
  4. While baking, mix honey and cranberry sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven and drizzle with the cranberry-honey mixture. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
