For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan bread
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cranberry sauce or jam
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the cheeses are melted.
- While baking, mix honey and cranberry sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
- Remove flatbread from oven and drizzle with the cranberry-honey mixture. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice and serve warm.
