Description

A sweet and savory flatbread featuring melted brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  4. While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan with red pepper flakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the baked flatbread. Garnish with fresh thyme and a pinch of salt.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.
