For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
- While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and let infuse for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Slice and serve warm.
