Description

A sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy brie, fresh pear slices, crunchy pecans, and a tangy cranberry glaze.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan bread
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, then top with pear slices and toasted pecans.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
  4. While baking, warm cranberry sauce with honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with cranberry glaze, sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Slice and serve warm.
