A gourmet flatbread featuring creamy brie, sweet pear slices, crunchy toasted pecans, and a tangy cranberry glaze.

For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Arrange brie slices and pear slices evenly over the flatbread. Return to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- In a small saucepan, warm cranberry sauce and honey until smooth. Drizzle over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle toasted pecans and fresh thyme over the top. Season with salt and pepper. Slice and serve warm.
