Description

A gourmet flatbread featuring creamy brie, sweet pear slices, crunchy toasted pecans, and a tangy cranberry glaze.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
  2. Arrange brie slices and pear slices evenly over the flatbread. Return to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm cranberry sauce and honey until smooth. Drizzle over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle toasted pecans and fresh thyme over the top. Season with salt and pepper. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
