A sweet and savory flatbread featuring creamy burrata, tart cranberries, crunchy toasted hazelnuts, and a spicy honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- While flatbread bakes, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Warm over low heat until honey is thin and infused with spice.
- Remove flatbread from oven. Tear burrata into pieces and arrange over the flatbread. Top with cranberries and toasted hazelnuts.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the flatbread. Season with salt and black pepper, and garnish with fresh thyme. Slice and serve immediately.
