A sweet and savory flatbread featuring creamy burrata, tart cranberries, crunchy toasted hazelnuts, and a spicy honey drizzle.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  2. While flatbread bakes, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Warm over low heat until honey is thin and infused with spice.
  3. Remove flatbread from oven. Tear burrata into pieces and arrange over the flatbread. Top with cranberries and toasted hazelnuts.
  4. Drizzle the hot honey over the flatbread. Season with salt and black pepper, and garnish with fresh thyme. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
