Description

A delightful appetizer or light meal featuring crispy flatbread topped with tangy feta, sweet cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a honey drizzle.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy and golden.
  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with feta crumbles, cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
  4. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until feta is slightly softened.
  5. Drizzle with honey, garnish with fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
