For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with feta crumbles, cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until feta is slightly softened.
- Drizzle with honey, garnish with fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice and serve warm.
