A sweet and savory flatbread featuring creamy Havarti, tart raspberries, crispy roasted chickpeas, and a spicy honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup shredded Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until crispy.
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle Havarti cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  3. Top with roasted chickpeas and fresh raspberries. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  4. Meanwhile, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until combined.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the flatbread, slice, and serve immediately.
