For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 cup shredded Havarti cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle Havarti cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with roasted chickpeas and fresh raspberries. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Meanwhile, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until combined.
- Drizzle hot honey over the flatbread, slice, and serve immediately.
