For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Toss apple slices with olive oil, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Spread on a separate baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- Spread mascarpone evenly over the flatbread. Top with roasted apples and sprinkle with almonds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crispy and almonds are toasted.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
