A delightful autumn flatbread featuring crispy crust, creamy mascarpone, sweet roasted apples, and crunchy toasted almonds.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Toss apple slices with olive oil, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Spread on a separate baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread mascarpone evenly over the flatbread. Top with roasted apples and sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crispy and almonds are toasted.
  5. Drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
