For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 5-7 minutes until skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Flip chicken and transfer skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
- While chicken bakes, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Remove chicken from oven and drizzle with the hot honey lemon sauce. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
- Return skillet to oven for 2-3 minutes until feta is slightly melted. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
