Description

A quick and elegant salmon dish with a crispy parmesan crust, bright lemon flavor, and tender, flaky fish.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, panko, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and lemon juice, then press the parmesan mixture evenly onto the top of each fillet.
  4. Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and salmon flakes easily.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
