For the Crust:

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper.
  3. Dip each artichoke heart into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. Serve warm with marinara sauce or aioli for dipping.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
