For the Crust:
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper.
- Dip each artichoke heart into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or aioli for dipping.
